You become a part of Netadmin recruitment process as soon as you have shown interest in any of our positions.
Recruitment process

Our recruitment processes differ depending on the role. To start, you need to submit an online application through our website. After that, our recruitment team will guide you through the next steps in the hiring process. Most paths consist of six steps.

Apply Once you select a role and complete our online application process, you will receive an instant confirmation email.
Step 2
Pre-interview This is a personal kind of interview and those who are chosen in the first selection are contacted for the purpose of the first dialogue. 
Step 3
Face-to-face If you proceed and want to proceed in the process, we will meet for a personal interview face-to-face. During the personal interview we want to get to know each other even more.
Step 4
Background check All positions require you to undergo a complete background check. This is done due to both customer requirements and requirements from Netadmin. 
Step 5
Skills assessment Some positions will require you to complete a skills assessment. Skills assessments help us understand your potential and strengths.
Step 6
Employee discussion If everybody involved (you, Netadmin and the customer) would like to continue we will start the employment process. If not we will do our best to find a better match. 
Apply Once you select a role and complete our online application process, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Our recruitment team personally responds to every new applicant to advise them of their path forward.  If your resume matches the requirements of the position we will contact you to set up a first interview.  
Pre-interview This is a personal kind of interview and those who are chosen in the first selection are contacted for the purpose of the first dialogue. This dialogue is normally conducted over the phone/video conference and this is the first step to get to know each other. 
Face-to-face interview If you proceed and want to proceed in the process, we will meet for a personal interview face-to-face. During the personal interview we want to get to know each other even more. Hopefully your curiosity and questions about Netadmin have increased; and we will do everything we can to meet and hopefully exceed them. We are at the same time curious to know more about who you are and how you and your values can strengthen Netadmin.
Background check All positions within our organization require candidates to undergo a comprehensive background check. This thorough screening process is mandatory and is conducted in accordance with the requirements set by Netadmin. In addition to verifying your personal and professional history, we will also reach out to the references you have provided to gather valuable insights about your character, work ethic, and qualifications.
Skills assesment Some positions may require you to complete a comprehensive skills assessment as part of our selection process. These assessments are designed to provide us with a deeper understanding of your unique abilities, talents, and potential. By carefully evaluating your skills and strengths through these assessments, we are better equipped to match you with the right role that aligns with your capabilities and aspirations.
Employment discussion If everybody involved, would like to continue we will start the employment process. If not we will do our best to find a better match. 

The employment process is normally conducted face-to-face by the Recruiting Manager and yourself. Netadmin HR also participate in this stage.

How to ace the interview - a seven steps guide

Research Research our company ahead of time. Learn as much as you can about Netadmins mission, values, and culture. This will help you understand what the company is looking for in a candidate and tailor your responses accordingly.

Practise Practice your responses to common interview questions. Be prepared to talk about your experience, skills, and accomplishments. Practice your answers out loud to help you feel more comfortable and confident.
